Kristen sighed after watching Mrs. King leave the room, her mother was there to inform her about lunch which Kristen was not interested in. Mrs. King did not want to bug her too much because earlier on she had made oatmeal for Kristen and had forced her to eat. She understands that if Kristen says she is not having an appetite, there is no need to force her. There is progress in their relationship and she wouldn't want to push things.

Kristen stood up and headed towards the door, she had wanted to step out before so she is going do it now.

Going all the way from upstairs to downstairs, she sneaked out without anyone noticing her except for the servants outside the house.

She waved at them as she walked out of the driveway.
