Olive's POV

"Why are you all looking at me like you've seen a ghost?" I raved, looking from one bewildered face to the other. "Orvyn could have died, you morons!"

Their dropped jaws begged to be closed. A woman in chains stepped forward, holding my gaze intently, "Who are you?" She asked.

"It doesn't matter who I am," I tried to sound reserved as possible. "Everyone here knows who I am already. I'm a prisoner here!"

"It does matter, my child." The calmness in her tone waxed off a quarter of my anger. She took another step forward, looking into the depth of my soul from the irises of my eyes. "Who are you?"

I took a step back, quirking a brow, holding her gaze. "I'm princess Olive, daughter of Kazamir, Alpha of Mortem," I turned to the elders, looking from one comical face to the other, "the arch enemy of Vagamor." I returned my gaze to the woman, who stood a foot below me. "That's me. Why?"

"Who's your mother?" She requested, lips tight.
