"I’m fine. Leave me alone.”

Ethan let me be, but he had an unsatisfied look on his face. I pinched him on the elbow and grabbed his attention.

“I want another beer,” I said.

Ethan looked at me with confused eyes. “You don’t like Beer.”

“You remember?” I asked, dramatically widening my eyes. Back in high school, Ethan always asked for some beer just so he could irritate me. I can’t believe he remembers it.
