Katie kicked off her riding boots angrily, strands of hair stuck to her sweaty face.

"Who the hell does he think he is?" she muttered angrily to herself.

She had been Working all day and night, nonstop, trying to collect all evidence she could concerning Wyatt’s case. The wedding was just by the corner and they needed to arrest Wyatt then.

She was thankful her sister asn't at home. Her sister was a perfectionist and liked everything spick and span or she could have given her the scolding of her life.

“No dirt!” As her sister would yell

Her mother always rebuked her for taking lessons at the Polo club, she preferred Katie to engage in classical music like other girls her age.

Even though that was a long time ago, every now and then, her mother would try to convince her to try it out.

As a child, Katie had to learn to fend for herself and her family at a young age, she knew she was cut out to live a harsh life and she didn’t mind it.
