Chapter Hundred and One

Elsa's POV

"We got in as soon as we heard what happened, dad," I said, walking into the throne room alongside my husband.

A few elders were already seated there when we walked into the place. My mother was there too. She sat on a sofa just opposite the elders and I didn't expect to see her there. I felt she'd be right next to my father instead.

The previous night, news was sent to us that Melissa and Alina had broken out of their cells. We were told that they managed to get out despite the presence of several guards who were stationed in front of their cells in the dungeon and I couldn't help but feel surprised.

I had thought something like that couldn't happen, especially because it had never happened before. Somehow, Melissa and her daughter were able to do the impossible.
