"Alpha Murray, one of the Rogues who was arrested from the outskirts seeks an audience with you," a guard announced as I sat on my chair in the throne room, just beside Alpha Grim.

"No prisoner deserves an audience with the Alpha," I calmly said to the guard, even though I was angered that he dared tell me something like that. "Those fools will get what they deserve for failing to do what was required of them, despite the agreement we had. Some rules just have to be followed, even for Rogues."
