Chapter 96

Author's POV...

Barrin didn't think expressing his feelings to Kyle would make him feel deflated. It had felt good at first; the both of them got to laugh and discuss later. The moment he stepped out of the packhouse, he sort of felt the emotions creep in more. He couldn't do much and had to halt his activities for the day. 

He isn't conflicted about putting a stop to his intimate moments with Kyle. He was only worried about how to move on; everyone appears to have someone solid by their side except him. Barrin didn't get the chance to make any friends aside from Kyle and Devon. He worries his social ability is too weak for him to interact with anyone outside the circle he knows. The mere thought of how bad the situation is puts him in a depressive state.
