Lost in Thought

As soon as Razel and I parted ways, I was left with a sinking feeling in my chest. The meeting with the rogue wolves was nothing but a failure and they managed to slip away once again.

My wolf could feel my anxiety building up inside me with each passing moment. And my heart was racing and I could hardly breathe. I must calm down but I just couldn't.

I made my way back to my apartment. As I stepped inside, I collapsed onto the bed, my body feeling heavy and exhausted. My wolf let out a deep sigh and closed my eyes, trying to clear my mind. But it seemed like the harder I tried, the more my thoughts raced.

My heart, mind, and conscience could not stop thinking about Ezra. He had disappeared for almost a week already, and yet we still hadn't been able to track him down.

He was my savior in my times of darkness. And now, he was gone. My wolf missed him terribly, and my wolf howled in despair, desperate to find him.
