~Chapter thirty eight~

Ava POV

I came out of the bathroom with my body dripping wet and a towel wrapped around my body; from my chest region to close to my knees. I walked into an empty room, wondering where my mate had disappeared to or where he went to just now. I don’t think I use up to an hour or half an hour in that bathroom. ‘Or did I?’ I thought asking myself. I don’t think I bathed for that long.

On the bed was some of my clothes scattered on it, what was he trying to do with my clothes, or he littered them while trying to find my towel. None of my body treatments that includes my body lotions and all are here, so I just settled for the pink hoodie wrapped neatly beside another white joggers instead. I purposely pick this two while coming here because they’re like my favorite wear.
