Russell swam after Sherry, feeling worried that she would experience leg cramps again.

Sherry wasn't able to get far from him because her cramps returned again. She gasped, her face contorted in pain as excruciating pain gripped her leg. She looked at Russell with tears in her eyes. "The cramp is back," she said, misty-eyed.

Russell reached her side. "I got you, sweetie. Just relax and worry no more. I will never leave your side," he said softly, wrapping his arms around her waist and pressing their bodies closer together.

"Thank you," she said in a grateful one. To her, it was a huge relief because she feels protected and safe in his arms. That was the moment when something changed inside her when it came to her perception of Russell.
