38-The familiar homeless man

After Samuel left, Letitia did not feel relieved, but rather like she had a big stone in her chest that was weighing her down.

She stayed in the house for another week or so, during which time her sister called several times, but she dismissed them all.

She was a stubborn person, and when she couldn't figure something out on her own, she didn't expect to listen to anyone else's advice.

Letitia didn't feel very energetic, probably because she had been lying down for so long, and even if she didn't need the fresh air, the baby in her belly did.

When she got up and washed up, she went downstairs to get her own breakfast and to get some air.

Just as she opened the entry door, she heard a strange shout at the door. Letitia was startled at first and was about to close the door when she suddenly heard Lurina's voice: "Letitia, don't close the door!"

She opened the door and there was Lurina, who was scared and covering her chest, and Samuel, who was in a mess.
