Letitia looks around the kitchen as usual. It's an improvement on the last time it was empty, but there are still no dishes, but there are more spices, onions and ginger and garlic, and a few leaves of spices he doesn't know.

 Still no food.

 When Samuel came down, Letitia was chopping green onions and, looking at the empty counter, he asked, "What are you going to do tonight?"

 "A few dishes." Letitia put the knife aside, turned her head and saw that Samuel had changed his clothes after all this time, and smiled at the refined life of a rich young man.

 "There are no dishes in the kitchen." Letitia washed her hands and said, "If you're coming down, why don't you come out with me and buy something?"

 She had intended to make the ginger and spring onion water herself and then go out to buy some food.

 Samuel nodded, "Okay."

 Letitia led Samuel straight out the door towards the food market.
