38: Alpha for a visitor

I woke up the next day to an empty bed . My first reaction was to panic and then I had to constantly remind myself that he was the alpha and there was no chance that anything could have happened to him.

'Awake?' Alpha Ryan's called through the mind link.

'Am I late to training?' I wondered, notioning how bright it seemingly was outside.

'Just come downstairs.' I was in his shirt that he had given to me.

'Yes Alpha.' I said and ended the link.

"Woah," I shook my head when I almost knocked into beta devin on the way.

"We seem to bump into each other a lot these days, don't we?" He mentioned, raising one eyebrow at me. He was wearing a long black shirt and grey pants, he had a fresh scent of lavender to him.

"I think so." I chuckled. His eyes lingered on what I was wearing and a blush crept up my face.. he was much nicer to me now than he used to be.

I knew he was aware I was much more closer to the alpha and the chemistry between us. I cleared my throat, not wanting to make things any
