Amy’s eyes slowly fluttered open to find Bryan’s captivating blue ones staring at her.

“Good morning, beautiful.” He greeted with a smile, causing her to hide her face on his hard chest. He chuckled at her action and began stroking her hair with his hand.

“I’m sorry I woke up late. You should’ve left without me.” She mumbled into his chest.

“I would’ve if you weren’t holding onto me like a koala.” He replied with a chuckle.

“I’m so sorry.” She tried to get off his body but he held her in place, preventing her from going anywhere.

“I’m not complaining.” He said, playing with her nose.

“Oh my God! Did I drool?” Amy gasped, when she came to the realization that her head was on Bryan’s chest all through the night and not on a pillow.

“Yeah. You created a pool on my chest.”

Amy felt her cheeks flush from his reply. She felt like the earth should open Its mouth and swallow her this very minute.
