sister Sandra left, and Mel and Simon who were still acting stared at each other, concealing the smiles on their faces. Simon wiped off her tears and said, "C'mon, let's go back inside."

They went back inside and met Simon's father who had earlier been upset.

"I'm sorry about the way I ran out, Dad," Mel told him. "I just... I didn't know what to do and one of the things that is difficult for me to condone is being accused of things I didn't do."

"It's okay," Simon's dad replied. "Sandra went too far, but it's my fault. I've always been lenient towards Sandra and I've indulged her a lot."

He turned his attention to Simon and added, "You know I was a little strict on Simon when they were growing up. After I married Sandra's mom, she gave birth to Sandra and died a few years later. It was difficult for Sandra to cope with it and I was all she had at the time.

I eventually married Simon's mom, but she hated the woman. Unfortunately, Simon's mother died while giving birth to him

I'm so happy that Simon dad is beginning to see Sandra for who she really is and he's gradually taking sides with Mel and Simon, and about the setup, I cant wait to see what happens next, more chapters please.
