Chapter XLVII

When the morning came, Danielle was already forcing herself to look okay. Because in reality, she already wanted to cry and bid everyone goodbye. But she cannot do that. She did not want drama. 

James already told her the plan. All she needed to do was make it possible. But for everyone, she must leave tonight.

Myrtle left early because she had to go to work. Esther had to go to school as well as Elijah and Ezekiel. Levi stayed because as he jokingly said, he had two patients at home. The Reverend also left for a counseling session but he'll be back before lunch as Danielle asked if she could talk to him and Miriam privately.

Miriam prepared breakfast for Danie and Lucas in the garden. The latter uses a wheelchair to navigate around temporarily.
