Chapter XLV
Danielle looked at her injuries in the mirror. Her right arm suffered a long and deep stab wound. And her left shoulder got a shallow wound.
The nurse was not able to attack the third time because Levi and the rest were able to stop him.
It was also a good thing that the ambulance hadn't left yet. And of course, because there's Dr. Levi, who was quick on his feet to treat her.
"How are you feeling?" Miriam asked her. Tabitha and Jio left already when they were sure that she was okay.
Jane's mother almost had a heart attack when she saw her with blood all over her. Fortunately, she was attended to well.
"I'm okay, Auntie. Did the nurse say anything?" she had to ask to make sure that it was only her who heard when he called her Danielle Williams.
"He didn't speak a word," Miriam shook her head.
Danie was relieved to hear that. In any case, no one should know who she really was. When she leaves, she wanted them to forget all about her.
