Third person's p.o.v

Looked like the recent days seemed to be cursed for Linda. Pain was dominating her lower abdomen and cramps were becoming severe. Her period came earlier this time.

Maybe she was suffering from iron deficiency anemia. Her dates became unusual and for the first time she was feeling like this. She could feel the pain reaching her lower back and could not help but let out a small sob.

Clutching her stomach, she rolled over in the bed. Her head was aching continuously and she was feeling nausea. She wanted to puke but was afraid of falling due to weakness.

"Linda?"

Daniel knocked at her door. Linda would usually be up at seven but the clock was already showing ten. Although it was his day to work, he was unable to concentrate so he closed it for some hours and came to see her.

"Are you okay?"

He asked but to his dismay he received no reply. However, his heart missed a beat when he heard a small cry.

"I'm coming in." And without losing time he opened the door an
