“Pregnant?” I asked to be certain I heard the doctor right.

“Yes, Alpha. The lady is a few weeks pregnant, and she was lucky to be brought in here because it seems she would have lost the pregnancy due to stress. I don’t mean only physically but also emotionally,” the doctor explained. I frowned and looked at Leo, who looked back at me, also looking confused.
