In trouble

OLIVIA'S POV

I heard some noise downstairs, so I knew people were around. I decided to see them and ask about their mother, Lady Catherine, and also tell the Alphas my case.

I walked to my closet where I selected clothes to wear, but I needed to cover the marks on my neck, and that made the search longer than expected.

I continued searching for a while until I saw a turtleneck and a long-sleeved top, so I completed it with black trousers. I packed my hair beautifully and applied light makeup on my face before making my way out of the room to meet them.

“Hello, Miss.” A guard that was walking past me greeted, and I nodded.

Walking down the stairs, I had a lot on my mind and was bothered. Lolita already told me that there was nothing to be worried about, but it was hard not to think about it. What if they hate me for what I did? What if they send me out? What if… a lot of what-ifs were coming to my mind, and I was extremely worried.
