120: From The Killer To The Savior

“Shit!” Ethan yelled and immediately jumped back on Benji, pushing him down to the ground with him. “Stay down! Don’t move!” He screamed as he covered Benji with his own body and lay on him. Multiple shots were fired toward them. Ethan flinched and held Benji’s head down when one of the bullets hit the boundary wall. He cursed under his breath. He couldn’t do anything but stay down like that. If he had a gun on him, he would have fired back at whoever was firing them. He was sure of one thing – the bullets were coming from outside of the resort.

Ethan looked down at Benji, who had his ears covered with his hands. The poor boy was badly shaken. Ethan felt like Benji was having a seizure in him. Ethan could hear Benji mumbling under him, but he didn’t understand what the boy was saying. “Okay, listen. Nothing is going to happen. They are here only to scare us. I got it.” Ethan tried to talk to the boy. He doesn’t know what he can say that will make Benji feel a little better.
