Making a promise

GENESIS

I had only come out of the shower, with a towel wrapped around my chest. A smile on my face, and the wash I made use of again simply reminding of nothing else and no one else but Jordan. I honestly could not remember how I had left my father’s house and returned back to the master’s bedroom I was slowly beginning to share with Jordan. But that was not the only thing that made my cheek burn, the letter I found beside my bed when I woke up simply topped it up.

“Good morning, wife,”

“I could not wait up for you to wake up before I left for work. But breakfast would be served once you wake up and I would be back early for dinner. Do not cook anything, you are not permitted to stand for too long. Allow the staffs do their jobs and please, do not spend your entire day at that studio of yours.”
