Chapter 36

Kayish's POV:

"NO... No... No!! No!!!! It can't be a truth." I shook my head vigorously. "Please, Juliet. Tell me it's a lie. You are lying to me, aren't you?" I pleaded with her but she averted her gaze from me.

Her eyes held so much anger and hatred which was enough for me to say she is telling me the truth.

Why does truth is always bitter? Oh, God! She went through so much pain; it's all because of me. I slumped on the chair. Because of me, she lost our child.

My boy...

I still remember the day when she said she has good news for me. She was so happy on that day, her face shone brightly like an angel but...but I...I broke up with her, I broke her fragile heart. It would have hurt her more...

"I'm sorry Riya, I'm really sorry. I'm not worth your forgiveness. I'm so.. Sorry. Please...." I clutched my shirt and cried out of agony.

Awesome story!!! I loved how Mr. Miller set them back up. This explains him trying to make her give him flowers on the first day and got mad once she ran off. His plan would have been for nothing. I also think she can forgive her brother, but not her parents. Her brother was young and dumb.
