Fernando’s POV

"Please don't hesitate to call me to come pick him up when he becomes too troublesome." Helen uttered, as she handed me a small duffel bag.

She had finally agreed to let me have some bonding time with Ethan.

I had been quite shocked when she called me last night to inform me that I could take Ethan out if I was free today.

Before she could change her mind, I had quickly grabbed the opportunity and had canceled my schedule for that day.

But she told me to refrain from telling Ethan that I was his dad.

She claimed she wanted to prepare him thoroughly before it happened.

"He can never be too troublesome for me," I said before lowering to Ethan's height. "Right, champ?"

"I not troubleslum. I'm a gentle boy," He pouted, which made me resist the urge to coo and ruffle his fluffy hair.

Ethan was just too adorable and endearing for my heart.

"I'll see you later, baby," Helen stroked Ethan's cheeks. "Be a good boy for Mister Nando, okay?"

"Okay, mummy. Love you."
