Picnic date

Helen’s POV

"This atmosphere is quite refreshing," I sighed, running my hands through my hair which had been cut into a shoulder length bob.

Two days ago I had spontaneously decided to visit the salon and get a haircut, simply because I felt like it.

I had also dyed my hair into an onyx color.

"Yeah, both you being here makes it even more refreshing for me." Fernando threw me a smile before he bit into his hamburger.

We were currently out on a picnic date at a park, with many families sitting around us on blankets.

The atmosphere was really lively and filled with pleasant aura.

The last time I went on a picnic date was with Lucy and Ethan for Lucy's birthday.

Gosh, thinking about still made me livid with anger, but to an extent.

Although a tiny part of me badly wanted to forgive her and settle things, thinking about how she had told me that I was trying to ruin our friendship irked me even more.

Lucy was nothing but a fucking snake who felt that she was right.
