Chapter 18 Engagement

I looked at him in horror but my body felt lightweight. I slumped back in my seat and waited for Xander.

He looked at me intensely, his eyes from time to time glowed with a hint of silver, telling me that his wolf was near.

He took his fingers out and licked them clean with his tongue, making my mouth fall open. I swallowed looking at him and his eyes never left mine.

“Close your legs or I might be forced to take you again and this time I will not be using my hand or my mouth.” he whispered.

I realized that I was sitting with my legs wide open like I was inviting him. My heated cheeks burned like a raging fire.

“I…umm, Xa..” I hesitated.

“Speak mate,” he said softly.

I cleared my throat and started, “I handled him, my wolf is stronger than him.”

“I don’t doubt your ability to defend yourself. But I would like to see this Logan, by myself.” he answered, making me groan.

“You are not going to do anything like that,” I said.

“Why, are you still in love with him,” He yelled at me, his eye
