CHAPTER 60_Don’t Ever Run From Me.

It took her by surprise to find him standing in front of her. He was clutching tightly to a bag and had a long on his face. She had expected him to be mad at her; he looked hurt instead.

He didn't put on his mask and was putting on a black shirt and black pants.

“What are you doing here?” She demanded.

“I should be asking you that.” His eyes trailed to her broken hand. “How is your hand?”

“As you can see, broken, bandaged, and injured. You are not going to take your revenge on me now, are you?”

He stepped closer, and she stepped back. He leaned in closer to her, and she closed her eyes and braced herself for what might happen next.

“You booked a nice room though.” He muttered as he walked past her and placed the bag on the table nearby.

Eyes opening, she turned around to see him behind her. His eyes trailed around the place, sighing she slammed the door shut.
