Chapter Thirty Nine

Heading to the Barracks, there was no soldier in sight, so we continued towards the President's office low on our backs and sharp with our eyes, he was the reason we came afterall, reaching his office, I jammed opened his door with my boot and immediately, three guns clicked at once with their mouths pointing towards us, halting our movements.

Three soldier males stood there holding us at gunpoint obviously waiting for us all the while, unfortunately, the President was not there, we were made to drop our weapons and raise our hands in the air, captured.

Amongst the three male soldiers were the Colonel, who smiled sinisterly remembering his first encounter with Janet and I.
