Derek, seeing that Louis had been hospitalized, was tired of waiting. He had lost everything and he felt extremely jealous that Jarvis got accepted into the pack while they all remained in the mountain.

He was so buttered that he gathered everyone, ready to break into any pack and even perish but he was determined to go down with Jarvis.
