A wave of nervousness flashed in my body.

His expression were twisted in a weird way making my stomach churn in anxiety. Did I get them all wrong? am I that stupid?

Shifting in my position back and forth, I chewed on my lower lip. “Um..”

“Quiet for a second.” His words instantly made me shut up.

After a few minutes, which seemed to be hours, he finally placed the sheet of the paper down infront of him. His face blank and expressionless.

Oh boy. I did disappoint him.

“Did I.. fail?” I asked vulnerably, my voice just above a whisper.

Sliding the paper towards me, I abruptly placed my hand on the paper, not liking the idea of glancing at a big fat zero.

His eyebrow arched, silently questioning why I was being like this. But what can an anxiety filled girl do? she can't see the disappointment in their orbs, specially his.

“Let go. And look at your paper.” He stated, gripping the corner of the paper and yanking it away from my hold.
