The man’s eyebrow crinkled with mere surprised and disbelief clouded his grey eyes that stroke me in the cold night. Locking me in his enchanted magnetic eyes.

He uttered, the strength of his voice collapsed in my heart, making my already rattled heart messy. “Hermosa.” He pronounced, trapping me in his gray orbs.

I licked my lips, getting truly worried, and before I could put my thoughts, I heard him chime. “What are you doing here late at night and that on the road?”

Only if he knew that I would prefer to sleep on the streets, then go back to that cage. My toes gripped to the ground, racing my eyes back, and I parted my mouth to say.

“Can you help me?” I leaned, hopefully if I can get a lift from him half of my problems would be solved.

He gave an enchanting smile in response to my question, and I didn’t give another thought before jumping into the car. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
