Chapter Twenty Seven

Mrs. Andrew looked from her son to the lady she had come to love. She didn't know the reason she loved Joyce. Maybe it was because Joyce reminded her so much of her youth.

But now, they had deceived her and she had known from the very beginning. She just decided to play along because she could feel her son felt something for the lady. She had sensed that when he strongly denied her when Peter mentioned her and the way he looked at her and how nervous she seemed around him. Mrs. Andrew always get nervous, too when she was younger whenever she's with James's father.
