Chapter one hundred and eight

AMELIA’s POV…

I shook my head immediately. That was ridiculous. Why did I even let it cross my mind? Of course, not. Kevin would never want to instigate me against Alex. It was ridiculous.

We talked for a little while more before he left and as I returned to the work I had, I realized I actually had to take some files to Alex to sign.

I clenched my fists, I hadn’t seen him in some days now and even though in some of the time, he had tried to talk to me, I ignored him. I did my best to avoid him and now, this?

I placed a call to the office next door, hoping they could help me deliver it to him but of course, no one wanted to.

“Damn it.” I cursed under my breathe as I walked to Alex’s office.

I had been granted access to it without even having him called or anything and I sighed. I walked to the door and just as I made to open the door, I heard Ivan’s voice from within.

“And what do we just do? Let them go? They stole gold, Alpha Alexander. They should be…”
