AMELIA’s POV…

“Amelia. My name is Amelia.” I cut him off as tears streamed down my cheeks.

Kevin tried to calm me, but I took his hand off as I took a step closer to Alex, my heart aching.

I felt like the biggest fool in the world at this moment. My throat felt clogged and I felt like more than anyone, I’d been betrayed.

I sniffled as I smiled at him, nodding as I chuckled. “Did it all mean nothing to you, Alex?” I asked him as more tears streamed down my cheeks.

My eyes were fixed on him, but from my peripherals, I could see that Ariana was smiling mockingly at me and nothing made my heart clench more than this.

“After everything, Alex. Is this really how you chose to treat me?” I asked him as it felt like I was starting to choke on my own tears.
