“Ya first time here?” I corked my head up to the driver, nodding my head slightly which sent sharp pain through my skull. He asked a few more questions but gave up from the lack of a reply. Nine hours later and my eyes were raw. Sleep had failed me and my thoughts haunted me through the night. I got off and caught a cab straight to the office.
