Accident.

Darren's POV.

I left the pack later after the guards told me they didn't find the figures I saw running away.

I was so angry that I took my car and drove out, even when Aidan pleaded that I might get into an accident.

I wanted to drive and search for them,I was too angry all this happened and they were getting away with it.

I sped up once I reached the highway, not really paying attention to where I was going.

All I could think about was how they could do something like that without getting caught and how they managed to fool my guard that way.

They just ran away and escaped easily. I knew I wouldn't find them because I didn't even take the route they took.

But driving this car right now was really helping with my mood.

I increased my speed and accelerated on some empty roads, passing by trees.

As soon as I passed the outskirts of the city, my mood started changing.

The sky seemed so blue and peaceful, birds flew everywhere in the air while cars passed me by.
