I nodded and then I listened. I listened as she told me of who she was, born the Earth Goddess, hidden away, and how her life had been the same up until a few weeks before her 18^th birthday when she learned she would become a wolf. She told me how she could speak to the Earth Goddess and of the day when she spoke to both the Earth and Moon Goddess’ who explained about her shift and what would come. She told me of wolves, the new line of wolves that would turn from the moon itself, born of love and peace, not the curse which Kayden’s wolves were born under. I could tell she was minimizing some of the parts that had to do with me to protect me but the more she spoke the more I wanted to know, so that I knew everything we were up against.
