All this time she was talking David wondered how the hell she knew that he liked bananas. He remembered clearly that he never mentioned that to her and the woman was so full of surprises each and every day.

“Wow! You are the best Betty” Betty on hearing that turned red all over. This was the first time David was honestly complimenting her efforts. She looked at him in a trance until he snapped his hands to bring her back to reality.”

“Thank you. It was just luck on my side” it felt good especially the way he was glancing at her with admiration. That is the kind of a life she wanted with him, not the one with headaches and hate.

After finishing eating the fruits, David felt that he didn’t need to stay in the hospital anymore. He had a lot of responsibilities at his company and therefore he needed to go back home as soon as possible.so he signaled for Betty who was busy arranging things in the room to come closer.

“Betty,” he called” can you please tell my doctor that I want to go home,
