Chapter Three

Yngrid's POV 

       As I drink another glass of alcohol, my head starts spinning. Royce's face is stuck in my head! Especially how good we're together, Oh God I want to see him! I was about to drink another glass of wine but it's empty, I want more! I need more alcohol!

I caught Orion looking at me in an annoyed face, he looks like a Mannequin without emotions. Turning his head back acting as if he's busily talking to his friend Levi. For sure he is laughing at my situation now!

Marcus walks towards our table with the bottle of wine and puts it in the middle. "Thanks, you Marcus! Your… future girlfriend is lucky to have you!” I said, kissing his cheek because he granted my wish to have more alcohol.

Cassandra and I finished the entire bottle of alcohol like a flash. “This is not enough… we need more!”

Marcus and Monique having a commotion behind my back. “Are they fighting?” I asked. “Don’t mind the two of them, they are crazy!” Cassandra replied.

My mind becomes normal when Nixon stops the two. For sure he is angry because his eyebrow is in a line now.

"Bro! Ashton called and he said that we have an emergency in the Tomas Morato branch," he said to Marcus.

"Do we need to go there? I can't leave these two here? We need to send Yngrid and Cassandra home first." Marcus replied. They both looked at me with serious faces.

"Hey! don't worry about me! I can call a cab, I'm not drunk yet I can manage." I interrupt.

"Not drunk? You can’t walk straight!" His sarcastic reply.

"I can send her home." I heard someone talking from behind and it's Orion. Does he volunteer to send me home? This weirdo!

"Oh no! I'm not coming with you!" I said. Facing him to deny his suggestion but what makes me more amazed is how he is inches away from me.

I see his whole face. The smell of his fragrance is so manly. This is the first time I got close to him. His face gets older and has some wrinkles around his skin. The aftershave fits his masculinity. My vision stuck in his nose, it's medium size but pointed, It suits his facial structure. It gives him more sex appeal, he looks attractive now, or maybe I don't give him much attention than before?

Noticing his brown eyes it looks perfect, but no expression. Why does he look so different now? Oh, God! what I'm thinking! Is this the effect of alcohol? Did I found him attractive?

"I guess it's better if Orion sends Yngrid home because we need to hurry now!" Nixon cut my imagination.

"Levi, can you send Cassandra and Monique home?" Orion suggested.

"No! He can't send them!" Marcus disagreed.

"Well I'm not drunk yet, I will bring Cassandra to my house instead!" Monique responded.

"That's better than letting Levi send her home," Marcus replied.

"Oh wow! You don't have trust in me? Then why don't you send Cassandra home?" Levi said, in a pissed tone. My head hurts because of these people! They’re all irritated!

"I want to, but as you can hear your cousin said that we have an emergency!" Marcus said.

"Oh! Really? So that emergency is more important than her?" Levi responds while pointing his fingers towards Cassandra.

What’s wrong with these two?

"What's your problem huh!" Marcus walks closely to Levi and punches him. He is about to fire back but Nixon stops them. "Both of you! Stop acting like a kid, come on grown-up!" He shouted. They got separated. I haven't seen Marcus fighting with anyone before, because he is a calm person but now his both hands are shaking and filled with anger.

"Okay! Before you guys are gonna kill each other, Cassandra and I are gonna leave now!" Monique announced. Marcus sends the two girls outside, and he returns after a minute or two.

I’m amused when Marcus says, "Orion sent Yngrid home okay? And make sure to drive safely. We need to go now.”

One thing that I’m proud of my two best friends, when it comes to me they’re always caring and concerned. Before they leave I give them a quick hug. Nixon still waved his hands before leaving us. My night became darker when I remembered that they left me with Orion!

His eyes looked annoyed and bored. "Why? haven't you seen people hugging each other!" I exclaimed.

"Not really! It seems like you enjoy hugging men!"

"Yeah, I enjoy it. But I'm not sure if I will enjoy it with you?” Being with him is like being in a warzone. "Really? want to try me now?" he whispered to my ear.

My eyes get wider, his skin touching mine. Getting closer to him gave me goosebumps. Every time he is next to me, I feel terrified and in control and I hate it!

I quickly pushed him and said, “I’m not in the mood to talk to you!”

Levi walks in, finally breathing back in normally! "What's this lovers quarrel? Yngrid let Orion send you home, it’s his obligation since he is your father's assistant.

"All quarrel but no love !" I harshly responded.

"Orion, take care of Yngrid, okay? I’m going now bye..." He taps him on the shoulder. They looked at each other with mischief in their eyes. 

And just like that, I left him, Orion, Alone! Why is it easy for my friends to trust this man? I’m alone with him now! Nixon and Marcus it’s all your fault!

"Get your things now and we walk properly.”

"Can you please! Just for tonight, be a gentleman and help me?" I proclaim.

He pointed to the bottle on our table. “Have you seen those bottles of alcohol? You drink a lot, but you don’t know how to walk straight!”

“You’re stupid, don’t you? How can I walk properly if I drank that? Leave me alone!”

"Watch your mouth! And don’t talk back!” His eyes burned with anger.

"Get my things now!" I said not glimpsing an eye on him.

He walks through the table where my bag is located. I try to walk but my head is rolling, like a thousand times.

"I got it, let’s go?" he asked, trying to help me but I refused his offer.

"I can walk, just carry my bag.”

As I walk my world starts spinning too. My head was getting heavy, walking through the door feeling dizzy when I reached the exit. I lost my balance but Orion was there to catch me from falling to the floor.

He put his hands on my waist, I wanted to object but I can't walk alone. He wants to help me so I let him be! After a while, we're already in the parking lot. He assisted me to get inside his car.

"Don't you dare throw up inside my car!" he proclaims.

My mood changes after what he said. "I don't! And if I do? I can buy you a new car three times better than this old car!" He is draining my patience.

"Give me your address or I will send you to your father's house?" he asked.

I put my hands on my mouth to cover my laughter. "You're so funny? you volunteer to send me home but you don't even know where I live! Next time stop pretending that you care about me!”

He opened the door again. “Go, leave, get down! I will bring you back to the bar. Now I know why your ex left you. Because of your attitude!’ His eyes are slightly closed because of madness.

"How dare you? As if you know me that well!" I slapped him, my mind is filled with anger. I’m about to leave the car, but he stops my hands and grabs me towards him.

Next thing I knew he was kissing me. His thirsty mouth wetted my lips. My hands trying to push him away. But every time I protest, he keeps me tightly. Even my body becomes paralyze battling myself, between stopping him or responding to his kisses. This time my mind wanted to explode because of excitement. His lips are so soft, and smooth.

Automatically lay my hands on his nape and slowly touch it. Kissing him more intensely. This feeling is nothing new to me, but his kissing is different. Letting my emotions overdrive me when I sit in his lap. And my body is starting to heat, but I’m more fascinated when he undresses me. I close my eyes when I feel his mouth on the top of my breast. "Oh my gosh. Orion… " I murmured.

I'm not craving sexual desire, but the way he persuades me? I can’t say no to that.

"I will take you to my house," he whispered In a husky tone. Nobbing on him voluntarily, as we drive along I keep looking at him. He looks seductive. But it turned hotter when he put his palm on my legs.

"Just wait, we will be there in a few minutes.” He grabbed my hand while driving.
