Chapter 85

Halfway towards the mansion, Anayka caught sight of Adele and Marlon. They were already making their way to the ceremony.

“Mom! Dad! Over here…” Anayka waved her hands at them and smiled.

Marlon grinned widely after looking at his daughter while Adele had a scrutinizing gaze. Anayka noticed that Marlon’s hands were still tied together. She hastily rushed near him to unbound his hands.

It must have been difficult for him to sit on the chair being bound for more than a day. She felt very bad about his situation. Yesterday night, she too had some similar experience for a few hours and she knew how hard it was.

When Adele saw what Anayka was doing, she asked her with scorn, “What do you think you are doing? Are you trying to prove how good of a daughter you are to him?”

“Mom, No! It must have been hard for dad to be bound like this all the time. Since so many wolves are here, I don’t think he could do an
