Annalise’s POV

Getting into the class, I met Professor Ken already teaching, and gave him a slight bow before heading to the empty seat, but before I could sit down, I heard Professor Ken ask,

“I hope you were able to resolve whatever was so urgent with the guy outside. He looked really worried,”

“Huh?” Was Liam that worried? But it wasn’t like something was going on in the hospital.

“Yes, yes, we were able to resolve it, thank you,” I replied when I noticed the entire class was now staring at me since the Professor was doing the same.

I sighed and began to play with the weave bracelet and then it hit me why Liam did what he did. Oh, he can't be serious?! Was he…?

I brought out my phone and typed a long message to him and was going to click send when I paused and added,

P.S. I love the bracelet.

This is the second time Liam has given me such a nice gift, I wonder what to get for him. I'll ask Grandma what date was his birthday. Grandma? No, no, I'll just ask him.
