Chapter 60

Olivia stood in the dimly lit room, bathed in the soft glow of the vanity mirror. The ivory lace of her wedding gown cascaded down, her hair was swept up in a delicate chignon, and a veil over her shoulders.

She was a portrait of a bride, but her eyes betrayed a storm of emotions, the room was silent now, with all the professional’s gone, she was just waiting for the time she gets to walk down the aisle to meet the stranger who would be her husband.

The door creaked open, and Olivia turned to see her parents, Juliet and Parker, enter the room. Their eyes widened in awe at the sight of their daughter, Juliet gasped at Olivia who looked breathtaking.

"Olivia," Juliet gasped, her hand clasped over her heart. "You look absolutely stunning, sweetheart." A smile appeared on her lips. “I almost didn’t recognize you.” She glanced down at Olivia with wide eyes.
