Believing In Serendipity

Ross was more determined to do what he wanted; he called Tippa. She had so many questions that he needed to answer. She didn't make it easy for him; She couldn't allow herself to think with her heart but her sensibilities. She couldn't risk losing her job again over a man she barely knew.

After being grilled with one question after another, Ross took the challenge and asked her. “Would you like to go out with me, Tippa?”

“Well, I do, but…will I be taking another risk that will cost me my livelihood?” She asked again, sighing.

“I told you, I had a conversation with my parents, and I made it clear to Tippa how I felt about what they did and that I have different views on how I want to live my life. So, will you go out with me?”

She wondered, 'Will I be able to ignore one of the most handsome men who has ever shown me attention for the first time? Is he seriously interested, as confessed? Should I give in and examine him beyond phone calls to see if there's something more there between
