Chapter 3

Sava's POV:

We ran as fast as we could just to reach our comrades! But thankful, they are already there!

We stopped running and pursue our breath as we reached them! 

"Guys! We saw Driana! I know this is hard for you to believe but I will direct you! Driana is dead! She's a ghost!" Nadj direct everyone! The silent goes there but I immediately turned to Kair when he started laughing and the three boys started laughing too. It's only Drew who was looking at me seriously.

"Guys, Believe us." I pleased. 

Lara and Neri was looking at us with both disappointment on their eyes! I just don't get this two!

"Wake up! Lea just tried to killed Sava and we both witnessed that!" Nadj go on. 

"Yes. We saw that. But that is not enough to make you two involved Driana on the problem. Driana is a victim too! We still don't know Lea! She's our new recruit but what's matter is we need to go home right now!" Megs argued. 

"Guys. We are friends... we don't want to lied at you. We are telling the truth." Nadj sounded as if she was begging them to believe her.

"We need to go home—"

"He told me about 1 hour..." we all stopped moving when Deku smiled while looking above.

"Deku? Deku? Are you okay? What do you mean, 1 hour?" Lara directly asked him!

But my eyes immediately turned to Driana when I saw her vanished and go front of the door! Wait! She's trying to lock us here!

"Driana! Driana!" I called her twice and run towards the door! Now. It's already locked!

"Didn't you saw her? Driana locked the door!" Nadj run toward at me too! She probably saw Driana there! Driana just approached from nowhere!

"Ha!? Can you hear what you're saying?! I was facing the door this whole time and I don't see any shadow or even Driana there! You are really hallucinating things." Miko paroxysm! 

I heavily sighed in defeat but still point out the door to prove them that I am telling the truth!

"We are telling what is true there! I saw Driana on my dream—she was hanging herself above the bonfire! Driana killed herself!" I totally exclaim!

"Fuck your damn nightmare, Sava! Don't make Driana involve there! Just. Just where is your side?" Lara asked. 

My eyes started to get teary and I can't afford to show them how weak I am right now. We are telling the truth! I know that was just a mere nightmare but the scene there makes everything to wear sense! They are looking at us as if we are the really traitor here. I can't afford to look at my friends face's that they were totally left their back on me!

"But... guys. Look. I-I can't open the door! The door was already locked! Where is the key!" Everyone of them panicked and went through the door! The huge door was old but yet we are sure that we can't afford to destroy how thick is it!

"Sava..." Neri looked at me with her teary eyes. I gave her the same reaction as I.

"We are too late." I mouthed in a defeat matter.

"DEKU! WAKE UP! DEKU! DEKU!"

"H-he's dead." I cried and slowly draw near Deku to give him my last hug! I was supposed to be doing this recently. Deku!

"Hey, Deku... wake up! Deku!" I tried to wake him up and touch him on his face. Yes, I punched him but that doesn't mean that it will lead to his death! He wasn't bleeding at all! 

"Deku, please. Wake up!" We all tried to wake him up while everyone is still panicking and now looking at me with curious eyes. 

I glanced at my side and saw how almost Nadj got collapsed because of the scene. But thankful, Megs was at her back.

I slowly wiped my tears while still looking at my friends body. He's so pale and you can see on his face how his blood are already gone! 

"D-don't you find it weird?" Our faces suddenly turned to Miko.

"What is it? babe? Did you find something odd? You don't believe that Sava done this right?" My eyes widened as soon as I heard what was Niri said! I gave her my curious look.

"Sava punched him but not actually hard. And remember what Sava told us and—let us include what Deku's last word. The 1 hour." Miko explained. "Sava?"

"So. You were suspecting me? Aren't we friends? The hell?! You know me! I can't do any terrible things like that!" I defended. Everyone of them didn't bothered to look at me but instead continue crying silently. "You're not the only one who is suffering! I am too! Deku is our friend."

"Let's stop this argument. We need to get out of here! We still needed to bring him on hospital." Neri said. 

"But don't we find Driana first?" I turned my faced to Megs. I heavily sighed. Well, No one believed us.

"Megs. Everyone. It's no used—"

"We can bolter though the window!" Kair immediately cutted Nadj.

We both looked at each other with significant look. 

This is not the right time for a bigger drama. We need to get out of here and gave Deku what he deserve for his grave. He deserve special.

I'm fine with refuges. But I will never leave Lea there! Forget about the lame piano and the rhythm that the old woman said. They can't do anything about it after all.

"Help me lift him." I told them and started forcing Deku to stand up! He's arms are already cold! 

"Sava!" Neri called my name as if she was giving me the rightless to bring Deku!

"Babe." Miko started warning his girlfriend. I smiled unto him and gave Deku to Kair and Drew.

Everyone of them was already climbing the tall stairs. I decided to walk at the back just in case Driana approach. 

"Nadj..." I called her. She was just standing in froze while looking where Deku was lying recently. "Nadj. I know. but this is not the right time for that. Listen, we need to get out of here and everything will be fine."

Everything will be fine? Insane Sava. You just lost one of your friends! Damn.

"S-sava." She looks anxious! I suddenly felt some concern on her and draw near her to comfort her. "Why does it seems that they are all okay with Deku's death?"

"Nadj. Our life is in danger and we don't have enough time to make a drama here! We need to get out of here! Come on." I pulled her hand and force her to go with me.

We have already reached the second floor! We all tied every curtains and anything that could made up survive and leave this mansion!

But I need to bring Lea!

I was about to left my comrades and go back door when a familiar figure caught my eyes!

Oh. It's Lea! She was standing in the forest while watching us leaving this mansion!

I want to smiled for a bit because there she was! She's safe! But knowing Deku was one of the victim! Ah. Fuck it. Fuck it!

"Sava. Can you slap me?" I turned my face to Nadj!

"What are you talking about!?" I murmered to her!

"I-I pinched myself. Slap myself but I'm still there. I am sure I'm just having a nightmare! Please wake me up—"

She doesn't need to stop because I already slap her hard! Our friends looks at us but immediately looked away! They are seriously gaving their focus on refuges.

"You're not having a nightmare! This is the reality and we need to get out of here!" I already turned myself and looked down the window. 

Neri, Lara, Megs, Kair and Deku was already on the land. Drew tied the extra curtain on his body because he will the last one to go down.

I let Nadj to get the first flight over me. 

When We already catch Drew and cut the curtains on his body. We already run farrowing the mansion! I bet the two boys were already tired at bringing Deku.

Nadj called my name but I refused to turn! I need to go where I saw Lea standing and watching us! 

I turned my face on my friends but I got shocked when I saw Lea running with them! Oh, maybe she just caught up with them.

We already reached our van and thankfully. We got here safe!

"We don't need to rest! Miko drived the car!" Neri commanded! We all ride at the van and sighed in relief when the van got away from the mystery of the mansion.

We are now safe.
