"A white wolf was seen at the border." That was the report from one of the border patrol guys, and apparently, it spread like wildfire throughout the Pack, causing widespread agitation.

I stood still, unable to believe my ears. Things were already so intense here, but I knew this situation was particularly significant for me. My heart raced as I considered the implications.

"We must look for it and kill it right away. Didn't they say they were all dead? They are wicked people; they could kill us all!" a man from the crowd shouted, his voice full of fear and anger. My heart sank at his words, knowing the deep-rooted misconceptions that had been instilled in our people.

It wasn't their fault; they had been taught to fear and hate by their own elders. The wrong things had been passed down through generations, poisoning their minds against those who were different. I walked away slowly, each step heavy with the weight of my despair. Hurt and broken, I retreated to the sanctuary
