Chapter 25

After a few hours of making my way around the room and going along with the party, I retreated to my room for the night feeling more confused and defeated than ever.

Not a single person had cooled me, all of them as hot as Hades.

I plopped on my bed, completely bare as tears streamed down my warm cheeks.

My body burned painfully, the temperature burning me from the inside out and with nothing for even the slightest relief, all I could do was take it.

I tried one last time, playing with myself as I envisioned my times with Crimson and Beau but in the end, I simply curled into a ball and cried until I could cry no more and darkness wasn't long pulling me into a restless sleep.
