Kara Ex boyfriend/02

Chapter 2

Kara watched as Bryson drove away. She doesn't think they can be together again. Not after everything that had happened between the two of them. 

Never. They're all from different backgrounds. She's from a destitute family where she works hard to feed herself while he was from a wealthy family

She doesn't think the two of them could be together because of the differences

She walks to the room as she falls on the bed. "Ahh gosh! Why this? " Why does this have to happen now all of a sudden? I can't afford to lose her, no! She's the only one I have Left". Kara bellowed at herself as she hit herself against the wall, scattering her wardrobe in frustration of what to do at the situation.

Just remembering her and Bryson memories actually furious her more

They were to get married together because that was what he had promised her before his parents shattered their relationship

They introduce an eccentric lady to him as his fiance. So her thoughts and everything changes afterwards on seeing the way her parents were acting towards her..that triggers her Angers and break up with Bryson who had been begging her now for a week. 

She stayed in bed for a while thinking about her life when her phone suddenly buzzle and on checking the caller, it was her boss from the coffee shop where she works. "Ohhh shit. Fuck!!" She screams out remembering something..

She had forgotten that she was to go to the coffee shop today. "Ohhh shit,The Time is already (11:00 AM) darn it. I'm I really going to pick his call? 

She thought as she glared at the phone one more time again before picking it up

And just as she had expected, his husky voice kept blabbing with the unpleasant words he invariably said to her

"You're already fired if you don't come to work within five minutes.. "you would explain to me what you were doing at home and if you can't give a better rationale, then literally, consider yourself fired from work". 

Her boss Rasped in at her over the phone as she ended the call. He couldn't even ask if she was alright or not or the reason why she hadn't come to work by This time. He really does know how to treat his co_workers badly. 

0h Great. She has to go to work then or she would be fired by him just like what he had Utter

And that reminds her. She hasn't even eaten since morning. How could she even eat when she had already lost appetite for it and thinking about the situation right now kills her more

It weakens her More as she felt so horrendous about the situation and knowing that she's powerless, got her down

She walked to their small kitchen as she took some bread and put two slices of it in her mouth and walked back to her room as she began to put on the dress she normally wore to work

She glared at the small mirror in front of her and fall down her long curling gray hair which was flipping around her chain

Kara in all her life found herself to be living with her grandmother as (Carmen) told her that her parents were dead. That was all she invariably says to her every time she's asking her grandmother about her parents

And in order to stop pandemonium from happening between them, she decided to stop asking her such questions since she wasn't specific about the whole thing to her

Kara outside the main road as she enters a bus and gets to her work place in ten minutes. The store was thronged with a lot of people when she got there

Her expression known no bound as she entered the shop with a lot of confidence. Every eyes stood rotating on her and that was because of her figure

Although Kara was just a nineteen year old lady, she still got this curvy hips which drove off men. With succulent lips which made the men wish they could have a test of it encompassing "Bryson" who also wished he could have kissed her before they broke up

Kara was more like this naive innocent girl. Just as she had thought.

 His boss could be seen stationed in one position as he glared at her and Kara knew she was to take his spot

"Good morning sir! Kara greeted as she glared at her boss whose eyes were on her, flaring with anger. "I'm sorry Sir for coming late I didn't….!!

" You didn't want that to happen; since morning! Did you actually know I wasn't supposed to be here...but you held it up. He construed her up as everybody turned to glare at them

"I'm really sorry sir,as I have stated earlier, I wasn't expecting this as it wasn't my fault that I was late". 

Kara shrugged at him as he let out a hysterical laugh. " Oh great! It wasn't your fault then what happened? Was it by fault? 

He asked impatiently and could see how furious he was and his limpid black eyes actually making her horrendous right now

"Okay, do you want to know the truth? Kara asks not minding some people Attention which was drawn on her. "My grandmother was sick so I had to rush her to the hospital". 

"Is that information okay for you now ".She found herself Uttering such words as she quickly hid it back

Oh,she was indeed lucky that she didn't say it out.she rapidly walked to the storeroom leaving him dumbfounded as she put on her work uniform and went to attend to a customer

"Hey place, how can I help you? She caught the attention of one customer as she gave him the coffee he had ordered

Kara and her friend "Doris" attended to the customers and after they were done they both sat down

"0h Kara! " I'm so sorry. How's your grandmother now? Doris asks with sympathy as she takes a deep breath trying as much as possible not to think of the situation behind her

" She's currently in the hospital and hopefully, I'm sure she will be fine after they've done the operation

" What? Doris' mouth gasped open at the unpleasant words... "Operation; where will you see that type of money because I guess it'll be exorbitant. Doris as she nodded her head

" It is. " I'm so sorry Kara, "how I wish I could help you in any way I could". Doris assured her.

"Come on Doris! You don't have to feel bad about it. I know you don't have one"..

 Just then, someone walks Into the shop

"How can ... Kara was unable to complete her statement when she saw (Bryson fiance) the one his parents have chosen for him to marry (kate)

"What are you doing here? Is there anything I could help you with? Kara asks as Kate lets out a mischievous grin. Surprised to see her
