Chapter 82

After Gabriel left, Amanda was alone in the living room, thinking about her past.

She felt so down and sad that she couldn't stop herself from remembering how much she suffered at the hands of her stepmom and dad after her mom's death.

FLASHBACK

Amanda was coming back from middle school with her friend. They said goodbye.

Amanda ran inside, happy to show her mum the assessment results she got from school.

The school was so exhausting because of the series of activities that occurred in school, but in all, it was fun filled.

She dropped her bag in the living room before heading straight to the fridge to get chilled water as she felt very dehydrated.

She took a bottle of water and turned to go into her room before she heard noises coming from the kitchen.

"Oh mom is back," she said excitedly and rushed towards the kitchen. Her mom went out in the morning and promised to come back before she closed school.
