Chapter 34

I am deeply bothered to something I don't even know about. Navigating the long and silent hallway made me think and rethink some scene that made it to mind. And it was so grovelling to the extent I lost the sense of reality just now.

I gasped to find myself staring at the blankness of the wall that end the hallway. I shivered to wake up.

“Dead end?” I ask myself, unable to analyze what just happen. “What I'm doing here, anyway? Surely not because I'm lost,” I added with a sigh of resignation to the rising conflict within me.

Before I look away to determine my location, I notice the print in the wall. It was something that made my heart to race in apprehensive speed and my eyes to widen. It was a goddamn of a mirror!

“Child, child,” a screeching sounds, blowing like a whisper of wind. “Come, let's dance to the wild!”
