Chapter 39

I never expected the young prince to nod in agreement. I almost lose my breathing but I able to hold on. Inside me doubt everything. Is he really neee my treatment?

“Your wound doesn't seem so bad,” I said while looking to his chest.

He look at me as if I am some sort of specimen. “You think so?”

I clear my throat and look away. “I mean you are strong young prince. You are the future of the palace, so what's a mere wound could do terrible to your sacred body?”

“I see,” he nodded and look away. His eyes shut up that I found myself looking intently in his paled face. He looks fine, yet he moan as if in a massive pain. That started after he nodded his understanding to what I'm saying. So I'm kind of doubting, he was exaggerating.

“You are a prince for a reason,” I tells him with my consoling voice and tapped his shoulder. “You can heal naturally. I'll pray for that to happened.”
